How it works

A straightforward process

  1. 01

    Discovery

We review your entity, books, payroll and prior returns to see where the risks and opportunities are.

  2. 02

    Set the rhythm

We agree a scope, a fee, and how often we'll meet — monthly, quarterly, or around key events.

  3. 03

    Work the year

Ongoing review, planning checkpoints, and filings handled on schedule rather than in a scramble.

Questions we hear often

How is this different from just having my return prepared?

Return preparation is a once-a-year report on a closed year. Ongoing CPA support means the entity structure, payroll, estimates and books are being looked at while you can still change the outcome — and you have someone to call before you sign a lease, hire, or take a distribution.

Should I be an S corporation?

It depends on your profit level, how much of it is genuinely owner compensation, and the payroll costs and administrative burden that come with the election. It's a numbers question, and we run those numbers rather than applying a rule of thumb.

Do you provide audited financial statements?

The firm focuses on tax and accounting support for small businesses rather than attest services. If a lender or investor requires an audit or review, we'll tell you and help you understand what's involved.

Can you work with my existing bookkeeper?

Yes. Many owners keep their bookkeeper and add CPA oversight for the tax and structural questions their bookkeeper isn't licensed to answer.
