About the firm

A CPA firm with Riverside roots

Riverside CPA & Tax was founded to give individuals and small businesses direct access to a licensed CPA — someone who prepares the work, explains it, and helps plan what comes next.

Who We Are

The firm serves individuals and small businesses in Riverside and across California — W-2 households, self-employed professionals, landlords and real estate investors, and owners of S corporations, partnerships and LLCs. Clients who are behind on filings or bookkeeping are welcome; getting current is a normal part of the work.

If you're not sure whether your situation is a fit, send a note and we'll tell you honestly.

Logan Allec, CPA, founder of Riverside CPA & Tax

Logan Allec, CPA

Logan grew up in Riverside. He studied accounting at UCLA, then went deeper into the technical side of tax with a Master of Business Taxation from USC, and became a licensed California Certified Public Accountant.

He spent years in management at a Big 4 accounting firm, where the work involved complex tax matters and the kind of review standards large organizations demand. That training shapes how every engagement here is handled, regardless of size.

Riverside CPA & Tax applies that experience to the returns and businesses that most often get overlooked by large firms: the household with a rental and some equity compensation, the S corporation owner trying to get their books straight, the contractor who has never been told how estimated payments actually work.

Credentials

  • Certified Public Accountant licensed in California
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from UCLA
  • Master of Business Taxation from USC
  • Former management at a Big 4 accounting firm

Mission and Core Values

Our mission is to give Riverside individuals and small businesses accurate tax and accounting work, explained clearly enough to act on.

  • Expertise

Technical depth in individual and business taxation, kept current with federal and California law, and applied with the review standards of a large-firm background.

  • Client-Centric Approach

Work is explained in plain language, questions are welcome at any point, and scope and fees are agreed in writing before anything starts.

  • Ethical Practice

Positions are supportable, records are documented, and nothing is filed that could not be explained if it were examined later.
